All such terms and policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Services Provided by Cookinn Inc.

2.1 Cookinn Inc. provides a platform through which you can conveniently browse and purchase tours, transportation services, tickets, and other travel experiences offered by Cookinn Inc. or our cooperating third-party suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers").

You acknowledge and agree that the services you purchase are intended solely for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Services from time to time, impose additional rules or restrictions, amend applicable terms, or restrict your access to some or all of our Services without prior notice.

2.2 You may be required to pay fees directly to Suppliers when using our Services and to comply with their respective terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for paying such fees and complying with the applicable terms and conditions of the Suppliers.

2.3 We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the operation and availability of our Services and platform. However, we do not guarantee that our Services or platform will always operate without interruption or be unaffected by external circumstances.

You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to deny your access to our platform or Services, and to modify, suspend, interrupt, or terminate any part of our Services, Website, or platform.

3. Platform Content

3.1 For the purposes of these Terms, "Platform Content" refers to all materials displayed or used on the Cookinn Inc. platform, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, videos, sound effects, data, software code, and other materials.

You acknowledge and agree that all Platform Content is the exclusive property of Cookinn Inc. or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.1 You agree and authorize us to use your personal information in accordance with the Cookinn Inc. Privacy Policy.

4.2 To collect feedback and improve our Services, you agree that we may invite you to submit reviews through text messages, emails, or the Cookinn Inc. platform. You may decide whether or not to submit a review.

(a) You grant Cookinn Inc. and Suppliers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to reproduce, rearrange, excerpt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise use your review, including for promotional purposes through any media format or distribution channel.

(b) You grant users of the Cookinn Inc. platform a non-exclusive license to access, use, reproduce, create derivative works from, or otherwise reasonably use your review through the Cookinn Inc. platform for non-commercial purposes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the licenses granted above do not affect your ownership of the materials you submit.

4.4 You represent and warrant that all information and materials you submit, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, and videos, comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

You further warrant that Cookinn Inc.'s use of such materials will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all materials you provide and that Cookinn Inc. shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained therein.

4.5 You expressly agree that we may, at our sole discretion, remove any materials you submit from the Cookinn Inc. platform at any time.

5. Your Obligations

5.1 You shall use the Cookinn Inc. Services and platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You shall be solely legally responsible for all activities conducted through your use of our Services or platform.

5.2 You agree to the following obligations:

6. Booking Confirmation and Refund Policy

6.1 Through the Cookinn Inc. platform, you may purchase tours, transportation services, tickets, and other travel-related experiences offered by Cookinn Inc. or Suppliers in the currencies specified on the platform.

Some bookings are confirmed immediately after an order is placed, while others are subject to confirmation by Cookinn Inc. or the relevant Supplier before becoming effective.

You agree to receive booking confirmation notifications through text messages, email, or mobile applications.

You acknowledge and agree that any estimated booking confirmation times displayed on the Cookinn Inc. platform are for reference only. The actual time required to confirm your booking may vary depending on circumstances.

6.2 Cookinn Inc. reserves the right to change or adjust the prices and fees of tours, transportation services, tickets, and other travel-related experiences offered by Cookinn Inc. or Suppliers at any time.

Such changes may be announced through text messages, email, our Website, or mobile applications.

Your continued use of our Services after notification of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised prices and fees.

6.3 You agree that Cookinn Inc. may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any booking or order that may violate these Terms.

6.4 You agree to pay for your orders using the payment methods accepted by us.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to process or fulfill your order until you have completed payment in accordance with our payment instructions.

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable.

6.5 Where the service you purchase is provided by a Supplier rather than Cookinn Inc., the Supplier shall be solely responsible for accepting or rejecting your booking or order and for providing the relevant services.

If you have any questions regarding the services offered by a Supplier, you may contact the Supplier directly to obtain the most accurate information.

Alternatively, you may contact Cookinn Inc., and we will attempt to communicate with the Supplier to seek a resolution.

6.6 You acknowledge and agree that services provided by individual Suppliers may be subject to additional taxes or fees depending on the circumstances.

You may be required to pay such amounts directly to the Supplier or the relevant tax authority.

Although we request Suppliers to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their services, terms, restrictions, and prices, Cookinn Inc. cannot guarantee that all information displayed on our platform will be accurate at all times.

If a Supplier cancels your booking, Cookinn Inc. will notify you as promptly as reasonably possible.

6.7 If you contact us or the relevant Supplier to cancel your booking within the cancellation period specified on the Cookinn Inc. platform at the time of booking, and your cancellation is successfully processed and confirmed by us, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

The same refund procedure will apply where a purchased service is canceled in accordance with the terms and restrictions established by us or the relevant Supplier.

You acknowledge and agree that the actual refund amount may differ from the amount originally paid due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or transaction fees and service charges imposed by credit card companies or payment service providers.

6.8 Use of Electronic Vouchers

6.8.1 When you purchase tours, transportation services, tickets, or other travel-related experiences through the Cookinn Inc. platform, you will generally receive a booking confirmation by text message or email after your reservation is confirmed, except where physical tickets are provided or other arrangements apply.

The confirmation will contain your booking reference number and an electronic voucher (hereinafter referred to as the "E-Voucher") representing the services you have purchased.

You may print your E-Voucher for use.

6.8.2 You acknowledge and agree that you must comply with any additional terms and restrictions established by Cookinn Inc. or the relevant Supplier regarding the use of an E-Voucher.

Such requirements may include, but are not limited to:

Appearing in person and arriving on time at the designated meeting point specified by Cookinn Inc. or the Supplier within the validity period indicated on the E-Voucher.

Presenting any documents or information required by Cookinn Inc. or the Supplier, such as a photo identification document, booking reference number, or E-Voucher.

If you fail to comply with the applicable terms and restrictions, you may be unable to redeem the services represented by your E-Voucher or obtain a refund.

6.8.3 You acknowledge and agree that if your E-Voucher or booking reference number is lost or stolen, neither Cookinn Inc. nor the relevant Supplier is obligated to issue a replacement E-Voucher or allow you to redeem the associated services.

Furthermore, if you attempt to redeem an E-Voucher unlawfully, including where you do not meet the legal age requirement for the relevant service, Cookinn Inc. or the Supplier may refuse redemption without providing a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 You acknowledge that Platform Content may be provided by Suppliers. You agree that we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of such content and that you will not hold us responsible for Platform Content provided by Suppliers.

7.2 You agree that any content transmitted to or through the Cookinn Inc. platform is not confidential and that your communications may be read or intercepted by others.

You acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, or other collaborative legal relationship is established between you and us as a result of such communications.

7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Cookinn Inc., its directors, senior executives, officers, employees, and their respective agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from any breach of these Terms, use of the Cookinn Inc. platform, or other negligent acts.

7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that if you are dissatisfied with our Services, your sole remedy shall be to discontinue using them.

If we are found liable to you under any circumstances, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which you first raised the relevant claim.

8. Indemnification

8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cookinn Inc., its directors, senior executives, officers, employees, and their respective agents from and against any claims made by third parties arising from your access to the Cookinn Inc. platform or use of our Services, or such access or use by anyone using your Cookinn Inc. member account, where such activities violate these Terms or infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

You shall compensate the above parties for any resulting losses, including but not limited to litigation costs, attorney's fees, settlement payments, and other damages.

8.2 In connection with any third-party claims described above, Cookinn Inc. may require you to defend against such claims or legal proceedings and to participate in settlement negotiations.

However, you may not take any legal action that could adversely affect our rights without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

9.1 These Terms shall remain in effect between you and Cookinn Inc. until terminated by us.

If you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we otherwise determine that termination or suspension is necessary, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your use of our Services, access to the Cookinn Inc. platform, or member account without prior notice.

9.2 If these Terms are terminated pursuant to Section 9.1, you agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall have no further obligations or liability to you.

We may also cancel any bookings confirmed before termination without providing a refund.

9.3 You acknowledge and agree that any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination shall remain in effect after termination, including but not limited to provisions relating to limitation of liability.

10. Visas and Insurance

10.1 Regardless of your nationality or travel destination, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the entry requirements currently applicable to your destination.

As visa and health examination requirements may change without prior notice, we recommend that you verify the latest applicable requirements before departure.

10.2 For your own protection, we recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.

11. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute or controversy arising from your use of the Cookinn Inc. Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of first instance having jurisdiction over the location of Cookinn Inc.'s principal place of business.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 We may assign these Terms or any rights and obligations arising under them, and may delegate any obligations under these Terms to third parties.

You may not directly or indirectly assign or transfer these Terms or any rights and obligations arising under them without our prior written consent.
